In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "h6662", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the h6662 gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers collectively.
• "Platform" — refers to the website at h6662.app, any associated mobile-optimised versions, and all gaming services, tools, and content accessible through those channels.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the h6662 Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by an eligible individual to access h6662 gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by a User and held in that User's account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits granted by h6662, which are subject to separate wagering conditions before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any staking of Real Money Balance or qualifying Bonus Balance on any game, event, or outcome offered on the h6662 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country, territory, or region in which the use of the h6662 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity and address verification processes that h6662 may apply to any Account at any time.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering procedures conducted in accordance with h6662's internal compliance policies.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and h6662 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

By completing the h6662 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by accessing any part of the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you are deemed to have accepted all terms set out herein, including any documents incorporated by reference, including the h6662 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

h6662 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. h6662 may at any time require documentary evidence to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Your h6662 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Ensure that no third party has access to your account at any time.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify h6662 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep the contact information associated with your account accurate and up to date.

h6662 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

h6662 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, irregular wagering patterns, suspected fraud, or where required for compliance purposes. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, h6662 will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and communicate the outcome to the Account holder.

h6662 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from h6662's operational funds. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing timeframe published on the payments page.

With respect to withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account, or to an account in your verified name.
2. Before processing any withdrawal, h6662 may require full KYC verification, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
3. h6662 targets withdrawal processing within one hour for approved electronic payment methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
4. h6662 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which h6662 accepts no liability.
5. h6662 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of AML or fraud checks. Where such a hold is applied, h6662 will notify you and endeavour to complete its review within seven business days.
6. Winnings obtained through obvious errors, technical malfunctions, or exploitation of software bugs are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.

h6662 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all h6662 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where free bets or bonus funds are used on sports markets, minimum odds restrictions apply. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active at any time. A user may not hold multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered users aged 21 and above. h6662 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any user at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse: h6662 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

h6662 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

All bets placed on h6662 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. General betting rules include the following:

• A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. h6662 accepts no liability for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on your side.
• h6662 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet appears to be based on privileged information, where it would cause the platform undue financial exposure, or where technical issues affected odds calculation.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market — h6662 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• For cricket markets, including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches, h6662's cricket-specific rules govern outcomes in the event of interruptions, abandonments, weather delays, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to delay. h6662 may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during a critical moment in play, and accepts no liability for bets placed immediately before or after such a suspension.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply and are published on the relevant market pages. h6662 may apply individual account betting limits where warranted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h6662 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other user's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the h6662 Platform, software, or systems.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after completing transactions.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technologies to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.

All content on the h6662 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of h6662.app — is the property of h6662 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h6662 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Use h6662's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of h6662 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h6662 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, h6662 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or network interruptions beyond h6662's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Any third-party content, products, or services accessible through or linked from the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. h6662 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, h6662's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

h6662 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. All users are encouraged to approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

h6662 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible from the account settings dashboard at any time:

Either party may terminate the user account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting h6662 customer support through the in-platform live chat. h6662 may close or suspend an account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity on or through the Platform.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormancy policy described in Section 4.
• Where h6662 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose h6662 to regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

Upon termination for breach, h6662 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by h6662 for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h6662 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

h6662 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at h6662.app/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the latest revision at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — h6662 will provide not less than seven days' prior notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any amendment, you must notify h6662 in writing prior to the effective date and, if you do not wish to be bound by the revised Terms, close your account in accordance with Section 12.
